With these six items ready, we can usually provide a clear quotation within a single exchange, with no back-and-forth.

1. Cargo Type & Temperature

For example frozen meat at -18°C, fresh meat and produce at 0-4°C, dry goods at ambient. If you are unsure, describe the nature of the goods and we can advise.

2. Volume Per Trip

Pieces, cartons or pallets. This determines directly whether we assign a refrigerated van, or a 5.5, 9, 16 or 24-tonne truck.

3. Collection & Delivery Addresses

Including floor and loading environment: whether there is a dock, whether parking is possible, and whether back lane access or a goods lift is needed.

4. Drop Points & Frequency

A single dedicated run, multi-drop, or a daily fixed route? Frequency affects whether a monthly contract is the better fit.

5. Preferred Delivery Window

Before opening, early morning, overnight or a specified dock slot. The earlier store receiving restrictions are explained, the more accurate the scheduling.

Yes. We provide 24-hour transport services including overnight, weekends and public holidays. For late-night urgent dispatch please call rather than message, as the response will be faster.

Same-day and urgent dispatch can be arranged subject to vehicle availability. Because reefer compartments require pre-cooling time, please contact us as early as possible and we will confirm workable windows based on current fleet status.

There is no fixed minimum volume threshold. Whether you have loose piece goods, a single store delivery, or daily multi-drop fixed routes, we can arrange a suitable vehicle and pricing model around your actual requirement.

Yes. We recommend starting with one or two ad hoc trips to verify arrival times, temperature performance and handover process in practice, then discussing a monthly contract or fixed-route arrangement once you are satisfied.
